Incline Village Restaurants

Incline Village offers visitors many restaurant and dining choices.

A TahoeVision.com Pick!Frederick's Bistro
Frederick's is a little restaurant in the corner of a small strip mall off HW 28 (next to the office supply and print shop). It's a nice place with a terrific wine list, free range meats and delicious sushi. The atmosphere is comfortable, so plan on sticking around to sip on wine or have desert. They frequently have some great happy hour deals on sushi (which is excellent), sometimes running late into the evening. Our pick: Hamachi (if available) followed by the Filet Mignon.

La Fondue Restaurant
La Fondue is tucked away off Country Club drive in Incline near the Hyatt Hotel. The fondue is good, with cheese and meat options. We guess you could call the decor a classic French style, with lots of flower patterns and lace and such. La Fondue has some good wines and is a great choice for apres ski dinner.

Lone Eagle Grille
Operated by the Hyatt, the Lone Eagle Grille restaurant is across the street from the hotel tower on the beach, and arguably has one of the best views of the water from the inside of the restaurant. It has a mountain lodge design with a bar that sometimes has live piano music. Huge windows look out at the lake, and on days with big waves, the waves seem to be crashing right at you while you enjoy their creative cuisine. After dinner, have a walk on the huge sandy beach outside.

A TahoeVision.com Pick!Black Bear Sri Lankan Coffee Company
The Black Bear serves sandwiches and deli items along with terrific coffee and smiles. In 2005, it received a Sri Lankan infusion. In addition to the coffee and sandwiches, the Black Bear has Sri Lankan dishes and deli items such as curry dishes, lamb dolmas, and vegetarian selections. We like this place - and the operators are very friendly. On a nice day you can eat outside. Located across from the Hyatt on Country Club Drive.
