Frederick's Bistro

Frederick's is a little restaurant in the corner of a small strip mall off HW 28 (next to the office supply and print shop). It's a nice place with a terrific wine list, free range meats and delicious sushi. The atmosphere is comfortable, so plan on sticking around to sip on wine or have desert. They frequently have some great happy hour deals on sushi (which is excellent), sometimes running late into the evening.
