Hot Bikram classes are held daily at this center in the Boatworks Mall in Tahoe City. The schedule varies, with a variety of other classes available in addition to the typical Bikram, which consists of a series of positions in a hot room. Arrive hydrated and bring plenty of water. Yoga mats can be rented, or bring your own.
